Reiki Level 1 is your foundation.
You’ll receive a private Heartspace attunement and learn how to safely and confidently work with Reiki energy — beginning with yourself. This training emphasizes self-healing first, because embodied practitioners create the most powerful impact.
Inside this course, you will learn:
• The history and principles of the Usui Reiki lineage
• How Reiki works (energetically and practically)
• The chakra system as a framework for awareness
• How to sense and trust energy
• A complete self-treatment practice
• How to offer Reiki to loved ones, animals, plants, food, and spaces
