Reiki Level 1 Training: Learn to Work With Energy Confidently
Reiki Level 1 is your introduction to energy healing, designed to help you understand, feel, and safely work with Reiki for yourself and others.
In this training, you’ll learn:
• Meditation and breathwork to ground and regulate your nervous system
• The core principles and history of Reiki
• How energy works and how to play with it using crystals
• The chakra system and how to read energy in the body
• Techniques to cleanse the chakras (analyze, pull, and give energy)
• Energetic protection and boundaries when working with others
• A full session walkthrough with clear hand positions
• Hands-on practice, including giving a complete session until you feel confident
You’ll also receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, opening you to channel Reiki energy and begin practicing immediately.
This training is ideal for anyone wanting to:
• Deepen their self-healing practice
