Join us for a transformative Reiki Level 1 training at the Life Centre in Ponsonby. By the end of the training, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 certificate, enabling you to practice Reiki on yourself, family, and friends.
No prior experience is necessary; this course is open to individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs. Investing in this course is an incredible step towards enhancing your hauora and the well-being of your whānau. Reiki is a lifelong tool that you can use daily for self-healing and healing those around you.
Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) means Spiritual Energy/Life Force Energy in Japanese which is a healing technique that has been used for centuries. It clears stagnant energy in the body, promoting deep relaxation and stress relief while offering numerous mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits.
Our training includes two special bonus modules: 'Grounding and Empath Management' and 'Ways to Regulate Your Nervous System.' These modules provide valuable insights that perfectly complement your Reiki Level 1 training.
This course is ideal for those leading busy lives, working corporate jobs, raising children, embarking on spiritual/healing journeys, or recovering from chronic or unexplained health issues. Reiki is transformative and beneficial for everyone.
**NOTE: Please purchase your ticket at least 1 week before the event, as I will be sending out prerequisite training for you to study before our in person training. Ticket sales will close 1 week before our in person training day.
You will be greeted with a calming Rongoā infused tea to slow down the mind before our day begins. Bliss balls, tea and treats will be provided throughout the day.

Your Reiki Manual will be sent out one week before our training, along with some prerequisite study materials to complete before our in-person session. On the day of the training, you will be welcomed into our beautiful, modern space at the Life Centre in Ponsonby.
I will cover the Reiki Level 1 learning material and provide your Reiki attunement. There will be time to practice Reiki on each other and receive healing from your peers, all under my guidance. You will gain all the skills and knowledge needed to start your Reiki healing journey, with time allocated for questions and answers at the end.
No prior experience is necessary. If you feel nervous leading up to the training, know that this is completely normal, and you will be guided through the entire day.

The levels of Reiki:
Reiki Level 1 - Allows you to practice Reiki on yourself, friends, and family.

Reiki Level 3b - Allows you to teach Reiki and provide attunements to others.
About Us:
Sian is a Master Reiki Healer and Certified Breathwork and Meditation practitioner. She provides 1:1 Reiki and Breathwork sessions at her studio in Grey Lynn. She runs monthly Women's Circles and Breathwork Journeys regularly at the Life Centre in Ponsonby.
