Join me with a small group for The First Teachings of Usui Reiki Ryoho. Reiki 1 known as Shoden is primarily about healing the self. You will receive 4 attunements/reiju empowerments and I will guide you in connecting with Reiki for your own healing.

How to Ground yourself
How to cleanse your energy body
Build confidence in your own ability
You will embark on a new journey of self awareness and spiritual development.
I keep in touch with all of my students and offer full support and monthly Reiki Shares in The Upminster Sanctuary Barn.
You will receive a manual and a beautiful gilt gold edged journal to document your progress.
Connecting with Reiki becomes a way of life and we will study in depth the Reiki Principles that Usui Sensei taught his students to live by for your own continuing development.
This is a full on weekend and is deeply healing but also fun, you will make good friends along the way. Please get in touch if you would like to join me on this workshop as I keep the group small.
I am registered as a Master Teacher Member with the UK Reiki Federation and you will receive beautiful Certificates with Lineage at the end of the two days.
