About this Event
Beginning your Reiki journey can be life-changing. It deepens your connection to yourself, to others, and to the source energy that flows through everything.
You will learn how to work with Reiki energy and how to use it to heal yourself. My intention is to empower you to live a happier, more peaceful life.
The course runs from 10am to 4pm.
Our day begins by setting our intentions, followed by a moment of mindfulness and meditation.
During the day we will explore the history of Usui Reiki and the Reiki principles. We’ll also look at our connection to ourselves and to each other, and you will learn some emotional intelligence techniques, a skill that supports you far beyond the course itself.
You will receive your Reiki attunement, gain hands-on experience, and learn how to practise self-healing. This begins your 21-day self-healing journey.
After this period, we will meet for a one-to-one catch-up session, where you will receive your Reiki Level 1 certificate.
You will also have access to a private Reiki Facebook group for ongoing support, if you wish.
