The Equinox is a powerful time to connect with a practice that creates balance within, and Reiki is a powerful, yet simple gentle tool that empowers us to create that balance.
This is an introductory level course for beginners and the curious. The main focus of the Reiki 1 course is to teach you how to give yourself a Reiki self-healing. In addition, we learn what Reiki is, it's history, how it works, it's many benefits, understanding the function and influence of chakras and energy pathways in and around the body, learning to understand the impact of internal and external energy, how our external environment influences and affects our chakras, meridians and aura, how to empower yourself for positive change in your life, an introduction to energy stealing/control dramas, plus much more.
Most of the day is spent experiencing energy work to learn how to tune into and channel the Divine energies. I have more details on my website:

The course is small with a maximum of 6 people. You will receive a 40 page Reiki manual and a Reiki Level 1 Certificate. Hot drinks, water and snacks will be provided. Participants are kindly asked to bring their own lunch.
The Reiki course is $295. A $100 non refundable deposit is requested at the time of booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before the course date. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card.
