In a Level 1 Reiki class and attunement, students are introduced to the basics of Reiki energy healing. They learn about the history of Reiki, its principles, and how to perform self-healing and healing on others. The attunement process opens up the student's energy channels to connect with the universal life force energy, empowering them to begin their Reiki journey. This level is focused on self-healing and laying the foundation for further Reiki practice and development.Classes run for four consecutive days for 2 hours each, with a Level 1 Certificate provided upon completion.
