About Reiki:
Reiki is a gentle, natural system of energy healing that supports balance, wellbeing, and self-connection. Level 1 focuses on hands-on healing for yourself and the people around you.
The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese terms Rei, meaning “universal,” and Ki, meaning “life-force energy” that flows through all living beings. Reiki is not tied to any religion, culture, or belief system—it is accessible to everyone.

5+ hours of guided instruction

What to Expect:
You’ll learn the foundations of Reiki, how to give self-treatment, how to offer Reiki to others, and how to integrate Reiki into your daily life for grounding, clarity, and healing.
Water and snacks will be provided. You’re welcome to bring a lunch or step out during the lunch hour.
Accreditation:
As an Affiliate Member of the Reiki Membership Association, this training is an accredited Level 1 class.
