Usui Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) is the foundational entry into the Reiki healing tradition. This training is designed to gently awaken your ability to work with universal life force energy while providing practical, grounded tools you can use immediately for self-healing and supporting others.
This class is led by Kelly Mallinson a Reiki Master of 12 years, with nearly two decades of personal Reiki practice. As a holistic healer, the facilitator weaves together deep Reiki lineage knowledge with complementary modalities including Access Bars and essential oils, offering a well-rounded, embodied approach to energy work.
You will receive your Level 1 Reiki attunement, learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki, and practice foundational hand positions for self-healing and healing others. Emphasis is placed on nervous system regulation, energetic boundaries, and integrating Reiki into everyday life in a way that feels accessible, ethical, and aligned.
This training is ideal for beginners, sensitives, wellness practitioners, and anyone feeling called to deepen their intuition, restore balance, and reconnect with their natural healing capacity.
No prior experience is required — only curiosity and an open heart.
Level 2 Reiki will be offered on Feb 22 Level 1 costs 222 and level 2 costs 222
