About this Event
This one-hour Reiki Chakra Balancing class is designed to bring you back into a state of energetic harmony and inner balance.
During this session, we work with the body’s seven primary energy centers (chakras) — Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root — to clear stagnation, restore flow, and support overall well-being. In addition to chakra alignment, this class places intentional focus on balancing the masculine and feminine energies within the body, ensuring neither is overextended or suppressed.
The goal is simple yet powerful: to leave feeling centered, supported, and balanced.
During each session there will be calming music playing while the practitioner goes around giving Reiki Energy to each individual student. At the conclusion of the class, participants may receive an intuitive insight or chakra message, highlighting a specific energy center to bring awareness to and work with throughout the coming week.

• Duration: 60 minutes
• Format: In-Person, 32 Union Square East. Room 615, North Side Elevator to 6th floor
• Includes Reiki energy work, occasionally guided meditation, and intuitive support.
This class is suitable for all levels and is ideal for anyone seeking energetic reset, clarity, and balance in mind, body, and spirit.
Class will provide: Yoga mats, blankets and restroom.
