Join us for a unique experience of relaxation and healing through the power of sound and reiki energy.
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to promote balance and well-being. Let go of stress and tension as you are guided into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This sound bath is designed for you to connect to yourself deeper, feel safe & supported enough to enter a deep state of relaxation and release whatever is needed in that moment.

My Sound Bath sequences are created intuitivly and no two are ever the same.

There is no experience required for this event! Simply come as you are, ready to receive the beautiful frequencies of healing sound.

During this 45-minute experience, take a moment of rest and reflection as your mind and body release tension during this meditative sound healing experience. Each instrument is tuned to specific vibrational frequencies and creates harmonies that resonate with the body’s chakras, helping you to relax deeply, encouraging stress relief, and holistic healing and are a wonderful way to restore balance to your mind, body and soul.

What to bring:

Please bring a water bottle and pillow, or anything else that will make you really comfortable while lying down! Wear warm comfortable clothing. An eye pillow is also suggested. Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided in studio.

Other items that are welcome but not essential: journal, crystals, essential oils
