This special offering incorporates the collaboration of Reiki, restorative yoga, and sound to soothe mind, body, and soul.Breathe and release into the support of bolsters, blankets, and other props that are intentionally positioned to support the body into a state of relaxation, releasing tension and stress. Angelique will guide you through restorative poses using therapeutic Reiki to help deepen your experience. The practice will be accompanied by the sound of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, hand drum, and chimes.
This combined healing practice of Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and sound bath promotes the nervous system to enter a state of balanced relaxation, encouraging both the body and mind to quiet, and allows for healing on a physical, energetic, and emotional level.
No prior experience is necessary. The practice is accessible to everyone.
