Hello, my name is Jamie Nicholas and I’m the Founder of Mighty Mindful Beings. I’m a certified meditation instructor, wellness programs director, and Reiki practitioner, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, breathe deeply, and bring themselves back to a state of harmony.
This Reiki Infused Community Guided Meditation is a soothing and restorative experience designed to help you release stress, calm your nervous system, and settle deeply into your body. Through intentional gentle movement, relaxing breathwork, and the subtle, supportive energy of Reiki, you’ll be invited into a space of calm, balance, and renewal.
As you rest comfortably lying down, you’ll be guided through meditation while Reiki energy is softly woven into the experience to support relaxation, emotional ease, and energetic alignment. No experience with meditation or Reiki is necessary — simply come as you are.
Whether you have been feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply craving stillness, this class offers a welcoming community space to reset your nervous system and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
Some yoga mats and blankets will be provided but feel free to bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported.
