Reiki Level I is your introduction to the Usui Reiki system and the beginning of a powerful, life-enhancing practice. In this experiential workshop, you’ll learn how to sense and work with universal life-force energy to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.This level fully activates Reiki in your hands. After completing the training, you’ll be able to offer Reiki to yourself and others—supporting relaxation, balance, and healing in everyday life. Many students describe the attunement as deeply calming, clarifying, and unexpectedly transformative.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
· Understand what Reiki is and how it works
· Feel and work with subtle energy
· Give full Reiki treatments for yourself and others
· Use Reiki to release unwanted habits and support positive change
· Protect your energy and strengthen intuitive awareness
The class blends teaching, discussion, and hands-on practice, with time to both give and receive Reiki. You’ll leave with practical skills, confidence, and a foundation you can immediately use at home.
