In this Reiki I Attunement workshop, you will be introduced to the ancient art of Usui Reiki, a hands-on healing modality that works with the body’s energy field to promote balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.
In our Reiki I Attunement class, you will learn the history, principles, and philosophy of Reiki, as well as how to use reiki for yourself and others. At the end of this class, you will receive your lifetime attunement to the first level of reiki energy.
