Your guide for this transformative workshop is Jasmine, a certified Usui Reiki Level 2 Practitioner and Master Integrative Healing Practitioner. Drawing from her Buddhist upbringing and personal healing journey, she empowers others to navigate life with greater love and awareness through the gentle power of energy healing.

15 min Guided Meditation - Connect deeply with ourselves while settling into a space of peace
40 min Group Reiki Healing - Experience gentle energy work to clear blockages and align your chakras
20 min Sharing Circle Setting - Share and connect with others
