Jen Seaman is a Reiki Master and Light Therapy Master with over 15 years of experience in the field. Her journey into Reiki began with healing her children's night terrors and anxiety, which ignited her passion for energy work. Jen specializes in balancing and restoring energy, clearing past lifeblocks, resetting patterns, and enhancing spiritual ties. She also excels in space (home/office) clearing and energy restoration, all aimed at helping others realize their full potential and raise their vibrational frequency. Jen is dedicated to helping individuals be at their best every day, believing that when we are aligned and energized, life becomes truly amazing.
