Reiki Level 1 and introduction to intuitive energy healing
I will always be grateful to reiki. It found me at the perfect time in my life and completely turned things around for me.
It set me on a path of remembering who I was and enabled me to live a life that I love, rather than feeling overwhelmed and stuck from past traumas and pain that I had experienced since childhood.
We are coming to a time now where it has never been more important for us all to access our inner strength, potential and power so that as a collective we can raise the vibration of humanity. It starts with us.
Working on healing your own pain and releasing old beliefs and patterns has a ripple effect on creating peace around you.
I’ve had a journey with reiki the last few years as I started to realise that the hierarchical structure of master to student didn’t sit quite right, and I was often uncomfortable with the many rules and specific formats that traditional reiki masters taught as the ‘correct’ way to heal.
Whereas I have always encouraged my students to trust in their own intuition (more than anything I could ever teach!)
I felt I had to expand on this further and adapt my training so that it aligns more with what feels right to me and ensures that although students will gain their Reiki qualification with me, that they understand that what they have, is SO much more than that, and that I am here to hold the space for them to connect to this inner light, and support them going forwards on their healing journeys.
So this course is the starting point.
You will learn all about the history of reiki, about the 4 energetic bodies (emotional, mental, physical, spiritual) the chakra system and how it relates to disease, and most importantly, supported and guided through giving yourself energy healing treatments.
After the days training, you will be added to a WhatsApp group for continual support, meditations, suggestions of activities to deepen your intuitive abilities, 1 to 1 phone calls and group zooms. (Take as much or as little as these offerings as you feel you need).
This course is fully certified.
I have just one intake this year, so that I can offer the support you need. Something else that wasn’t sitting right with me with traditional reiki training was the conveyor belt of students completing a 1 days training and then sent on their way with little to no support. It is so important to me that I work in a way that feels heart led.
