There are three recognized levels of REIKI, with specific attunements* for each level.
The initiation for the first level starts to open you permanently to the universal ray we call REIKI. Each level is taught over 1 day, and PDF certificates are issued upon completing them.
Reiki Level I training and Attunement are geared towards personal health. It provides all the knowledge required for self-treatments and for delivering therapy to friends, family. It teaches you how to heal yourself and others with the Reiki energy on the physical level. It also enhances your own self-confidence, self-worth, personal development, and health strongly

You will also be shown how to do a full body treatment
No Prerequisite for this level
At the end of day training day 1, you will receive a remote 'attunement' from me, which is an initiation into working with Reiki.

I have been practicing Reiki for 13 years and teaching since 2011. I love practicing Reiki on myself every single day and I call it a beautiful habit/addiction.
I served as a committee member in Reiki Federation Ireland for over five years.
