Join April, one of our senior teachers, for a rejuvenating and grounding evening. Arrive cozy and ready to receive Reiki and an immersive sound bath. This soothing experience is designed to help you fully unwind. Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that encourages deep relaxation. It supports nervous system regulation by helping to release tension and guide the body into a state of rest, balance, and inner calm. This is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself in a state of ease.
