In this two hour offering, participants will be guided through restorative postures supported by props, inviting the body to soften, release tension, and the nervous system to return to a coherent state. As you rest in each pose, Crystal will move around the room offering Reiki.
Reiki, an ancient Japanese modality, encourages relaxation and supports the natural flow of energy within the body. It helps to clear density and restore balance, creating space for ease.
This offering will close with an extended savasana and sound bath, using crystal bowls and various other instruments, allowing the body to fully integrate and simply be.
Together, these practices offer a powerful yet gentle experience that nurtures the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic layers of being.
