Join Us for Reiki & Resonance: Sacred Self Ritual
We invite you to an evening of deep self-connection and inner nourishment. This gathering is designed as a sacred self-ritual, a time to look inward, honor your unique soul, and embrace self-care as a spiritual practice.
🌟 Held in the tranquil Sanctuary at Alum Rock UMC, this space offers ethereal acoustics that beautifully enhance the sound bath experience. While hosted in a church, this event is not tied to any particular religion—everyone is welcome, no matter your background or where you are on your healing path.
✨ What to Expect
This evening is dedicated to self-exploration and renewal. Begin with a self-reflective meditation to gently guide you into an introspective state. Allow the resonant sounds of the sound bath to create a sacred space for you to unwind, release, and realign with your inner essence. Throughout the session, Reiki healers will offer gentle, restorative energy healing to support your journey of self-care and renewal.
Afterward, we invite you to stay and connect with our community while enjoying delightful refreshments. Savor handcrafted treats from Macaron De Jayne, a Bay Area gourmet artisan, paired with soul-soothing teas from Fabulatea.
✨ What to Wear/Bring
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible! Wear cozy clothing and choose how you’d like to experience the session—settle into the sanctuary’s pews, use one of our provided yoga mat setups (first-come, first-served), or bring your own mat, blanket, or pillow to create a personal space on the floor. The sanctuary may be a little chilly, even with heaters on, so we recommend bringing a blanket for extra warmth. Journals are welcome if you’d like to reflect on your experience, but we’ll also provide pencils and reflection sheets for your convenience.

Sliding scale donation of $11 - $44 per ticket to ensure accessibility to all. This is a safe, inclusive space where everyone is welcome. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite (link in our bio), via Venmo (DM for details), or with exact cash at the door.

*To find the Sanctuary: Drive past the first building on the property. The Sanctuary is in the building at the back. Plenty of parking is available between the two buildings. Look for signs, candles, and decor to guide you to the event space. Please have your tickets ready to be scanned upon arrival.
