A Beyond Reiki I workshop will provide you the complete foundation for beginning your Reiki journey. During a Reiki I workshop you will learn how to clear and balance your energy body, ground and maintain a high vibrational frequency. You will also learn how to provide treatments to others (hands-on and remote)! During this workshop you will receive your first Reiki attunement.
We begin with the introduction and history of Reiki. We discuss the energy body and vibration. You receive your first attunement. We channel our inner child and joyfully paint the first attunement symbol. Workshops are in small groups which allow more time for one on one and group discussions.
I love the idea of us learning how to
maintain our energetic bodies just as we do our physical. We are multidimensional beings of light here having a human experience. Reiki enhances that experience!
