* About the workshop *
During Reiki 1 you will receive a Reiki atunement, which will allow you to provide healing energy to yourself and others. The atunement opens your energy channels, allowing you to connect to the universal life force energy which flows from the cosmos through the crown of the head and into the heart and hands.
You will also learn the history of reiki, the principles of reiki and common hand positions.
You will also have opportunity to practise self reiki, provide reiki to another person, and use reiki to clear energy from personal items such as jewellery, crystals, clothing or essential oils.
This workshop is limited to 4 places.
The workshop includes:
* Reiki 1 manual
* discussion and workshop
* atunement
* light lunch
* practice session
* certification with lineage
* feedback and support for three case studies to complete after the workshop

* Who can attend?*
Reiki 1 is open to anyone - you do not need to have special healing or psychic gifts (ps we all have these gifts!). If we have not met yet I recommend that we have a chat before the workshop so we can see if we are a good match for each other.
