Reiki 1 Training

Our Reiki 1 training workshop introduces participants to the foundational principles of energy healing. In this interactive session, you’ll learn the history and philosophy of Reiki, understand energy anatomy, and explore hand positions for self-healing and treating others. Practical exercises will deepen your connection to the universal life force energy, promoting relaxation and balance.

The workshop provides a supportive environment for hands-on practice, empowering you to channel healing energy effectively. Walk away with a Level 1 Reiki attunement, enabling you to begin your journey as a Reiki practitioner, promoting wellness and harmony in yourself and others.

Please bring with you a writing instrument, notebook, lunch and refillable water bottle. Tea and snacks will be provided. As part of the training we will be practicing with the other students in the course so it is best to wear something comfortable. Each student will also get a training manual.

You will see that pricing is on a sliding scale. Please pay how you are resourced - if money is easy and abundant pay the higher tier, if money is more limited and challenging the lower tier, and if you aren't sure or it is somewhere in the middle, there is an option for you as well. The training is worth it and important regardless of your ability to pay.

Reiki is taught in three classes - Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki Master. Additional Classes will be offered in the future to further your training, if interested. After Reiki 1 you can begin offering Reiki to clients for a fee or to friends and family.
