During this completely revamped and rewritten first degree Reiki course you will start on a journey of self healing and discovery, learning how to connect to this powerful force for self healing. You will also be taught how to give treatments for family, friends and even your pets. We will cover the following on the course: History of Reiki. What Reiki and Energy is. The benefits of Reiki. Chakras and the Auras. Grounding theory and how to ground yourself. Self Reiki Treatment. How to give a Reiki healing. Our Reiki courses are fully accredited and run in small groups by 2 experienced master level tutors with many years combine experience. On completion of the theory and practical elements you will be given a one to one First Degree Reiki Attunement. Location - Yellow Bamboo Yoga Studio, The Stables, 38 Baileyfield Road, Edinburgh, EH15 1NA Full Cost £125 with Deposit of £40 to secure your place.
