The Reiki 1 certification class focuses mainly on YOU. You’ll learn to see, feel, and channel energy to heal yourself.
Wanting to heal yourself is not selfish! The more mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally stable we are, the better we can help others.
The most important things you’ll learn in Reiki 1 are self-healing, feeling, and channeling Reiki energy.
You’ll also learn how to read and balance chakras using a pendulum and crystal. In addition, we’ll also teach you how to see, feel, and channel energy.
No previous energy healing experience is necessary! We cover everything from start to finish.
You will learn how to ground yourself to prepare for energy healing and how to protect yourself while working with energy.
As part of the class, you will undergo a 21-day Reiki Self-Healing Cleanse. The self-healing is a game-changer and will help you overcome mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional challenges you’ve been holding on to for a long time.
After completing the class, you can use Reiki to help yourself, your family, friends, pets, plants, and more!
This is a very hands-on class. While we will briefly discuss the history and philosophy of Reiki, we will mainly be hands-on, working with each other and using Reiki energy. We want everyone to experience channeling Reiki and receiving Reiki from others.
The method we teach is Usui Shiki Ryoho (Usui Method of Natural Healing). Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy healing practice founded by Dr. Mikao Usui. It involves channeling universal life energy through the hands to promote healing and balance in the body. The practice follows a structured learning path, starting with Reiki 1, where students are taught to channel energy for self-healing and healing others. This method emphasizes traditional elements like hand positions, attunements, and sacred symbols passed down from teacher to student.
