REIGNITE Retreat day with Hannah & Julia ☀️ A nourishing day to nurture & reignite your inner joy & energy!

What to expect:
Expect a warm welcome!
This day is about YOU!
Nourishment through moving our bodies, through great food, through joy, through music, through you being looked-after & rested!
Hannah will lead us through movement & exercises (with great tunes!) 🎶
I will share a gorgeous practice of gentle breathwork & yoga 👣
We will share a vibrant lunch with you all - with time to pause & chill out. If the weather dry, we can eat / picnic outside too! 🌳
After that, a deep relaxation session, with stillness & sound 😴
Then - homemade treats 😋 before home time.
What to bring:
Bring a yoga mat & your water bottle.
Please wear comfy clothes for movement & layers for warmth. Blankets, pillows, socks etc are ideal for relaxation!!! Think C-O-S-Y!
This is our 5th retreat day in this format & it’s always so well recieved by those that join us.
Eachtime we gather, we honour the energy of the season & the people in the room.
