🌿 Gentle Morning Movement: Yoga- and Pilates-inspired sessions to help you get out of your head and into your body.
🌿 Spacious Free Time: No back-to-back schedules. You’ll have time for beach walks, reading in bed, or simply breathing without someone needing you.

4:00 PM: Arrive, unpack, and settle into your private beach hut.
Evening: Grounding welcome circle and a warm, casual dinner together.
Saturday: Clarity & Connection
🌿Morning: Gentle, optional movement session followed by our first 'Next Chapter' Workshop.
🌿Afternoon: Spacious free time. Walk the beach, journal, or rest. We will reconvene for our afternoon clarity workshop.
🌿Evening: A beautiful group dinner out at the local Blues Restaurant.
Sunday: The Way Forward
🌿Morning: Morning movement and our final Integration Workshop (mapping out your actual next steps).
🌿Midday: Closing circle, a light lunch, and warm farewells feeling completely reset.
This retreat is deliberately kept small and intimate. You get your own private beach hut to retreat to whenever you need quiet.
