About this Event
In this one-hour workshop, you’ll learn what’s really happening in your body when rage hits. We’ll explore how stress, overstimulation, suppressing emotions and the constant demands impact your nervous system and why it can feel so hard to stay calm in the moments that matter most.
Through simple, realistic somatic tools and nervous system regulation education, you’ll learn how to recognize your early cues, release built-up tension, and come back to yourself before the explosion.
You’ll leave with:
- a deeper understanding of your rage
- awareness of your triggers and early signs
- practical tools to regulate in real time
