This event is being held to raise funds for and on behalf of ReGroup Carolinas (a 501 c3 non-profit organization), whose mission is to improve economic mobility in the community while decreasing the skills gap across the construction industry. This year, ReGroup’s efforts have been focused on our partnership with the ROC of Charlotte. To date, ReGroup has donated over $100,000 to The ROC in order to bring back the trades! The ROC provides education and training to high school students interested in the construction industry and skilled trades.
