The Regional VIC Games is back and even bigger!
Join us for a one day, high energy, same sex pairs & mixed pairs competition that will test endurance, strength, gymnastics, skill, power, and bodyweight movements.
This is a fun, community-driven event you won’t want to miss.
Cash prizes split between 1st place RX Men, RX Women & RX Mixed pairs

Divisions:
RX Division
For those ready to compete at the highest standard.
Ideal for those who:
- Rarely scale workouts
- Have +2 years of structured training
- Train 4–5+ times per week
- Lift heavy and have competition experience
Intermediate Division (with scaling options):
Great for those consistent in training who want a challenge without extreme gymnastics.
Ideal for those who:
- Occasionally scale workouts
- Train 3–4+ times per week
- Are comfortable with Olympic lifts at moderate loads
- Want a fun yet demanding competition experience
Expect: simplified skills, moderate barbell loads, and movements like Toes-to-Bar
No handstands, muscle-ups, or advanced gymnastics
Intermediate Scaled Options:
For newer competitors or those easing into event-style fitness.
Movements may include:
- Single Skips
- Box Step-Ups
- Ring Rows / Jumping Pull-ups
- Knee Raises
- Kettlebell Swings (16 / 12 kg)
- Wall Balls (6 / 3 kg)
Approximate barbell working loads:
- Snatch: 25 kg / 15 kg
- Clean: 35 kg / 25 kg
- Thruster: 30 kg / 20 kg
