This month’s experience centers on a Somatic Reintegration Breathwork Journey—a guided process designed to help your system safely unwind, reorganize, and integrate.
This is not about forcing release.
It’s about teaching your body how to feel safe enough to let go—on its own terms.
What This Experience Is
Regenerative Saturday is a body-led restoration space focused on:
- Nervous system regulation
- Gentle unwinding of stored stress patterns
- Rebuilding internal safety, coherence, and vitality
Every element is intentionally paced to work with your physiology, not against it.
What We’ll Do Together
This session follows a structured, trauma-informed arc:
1. Somatic Movement
Slow, guided movement to release tension, restore fluidity, and reconnect you to your body
2. Somatic Reintegration Breathwork
A regulated, supportive breath pattern designed to:
- Increase capacity (not overwhelm)
- Allow safe emotional and physical release
- Support integration—not just activation
3. Somatic Sound & Vibration
Grounding frequencies to help your system settle, process, and come back into coherence
4. Integration Windows
Intentional pauses throughout so your nervous system can actually register and stabilize change
Everything is invitational.
You stay in control of your pace, your body, and your experience the entire time.
What Makes This Different

No prior experience needed.
What to Bring
To help your body feel safe, supported, and able to fully drop in, please bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket(s)
Pillow or head support
Water bottle
Journal + pen
Any additional items that help you feel grounded and comfortable (layers, eye mask, small comfort objects, etc.)
Think: nesting your nervous system.
