About this Event

Never has there been so much hyperbole in wine terminology... In this deep-dive tasting, we'll decode what these terms mean (and whether they're really important or not) and compare like-with-like examples of wines made in the varying methods.

We're gonna get to the bottom of a lot of niggles here; sulphur, sulphites, vegan wine, allergens, and headaches. As ever, at least six brilliant & interesting wines and lots of equally interesting chat. Let's go!
