This City-led workshop focuses on how long-term, regenerative maintenance protects public investments in green infrastructure while improving environmental performance. In partnership with Georgia Tech and Roots Down, the City will share best practices for low-impact mowing, native plant management, compost integration, and chemical-free landscape care.
Participants will learn how thoughtful maintenance strategies reduce long-term costs, improve soil and habitat quality, and support healthier neighborhoods.
Attendees will leave with clear, actionable tools they can use to support the City’s climate resilience and sustainability goals in both public and private spaces.
