Are you an activist, humanitarian, charity worker or change-maker? Would you like to explore how yoga and other sacred embodiment practices can support you in being more courageous in your work, and in avoiding burnout?
I'm thrilled to be teaming up with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli for a special Regenerative Activism Retreat in Stroud, on 28 and 29 September. Together we will:
- Sit in circle to listen and share
- Release difficult emotions like guilt, rage and grief through movement
- Promote rest as resistance with yoga nidra
- Ground ourselves in the surrounding woodlands so that we may leave refreshed and ready for healthier, more compassionate and more emobdied activism.
