Dearest Gentle Reader,The social whirl continues at a relentless pace and as the new month of November dawns, the ton is abuzz with news of the next Wythenshawe Hall Open day.
Speculation is rife concerning the amusements planned by the rather fabulous Friends of Wythenshawe Hall, however I can exclusively reveal that we expect much dancing and merriment led by the excellent Regency Rejigged dance group.
Yet again the Hall will be filled with music, provided by Martin -a talented musician who will be performing beautiful Regency music on the harp.
Our esteemed volunteers will be appropriately bedecked with their most fashionable Recency attire, and extend a gracious invitation to you, dear reader, to join us, at what promises to be the pinnacle of the season. Be sure to mark your calendars for Sunday 16th November.
Of course, we hope that nothing too scandalous shall occur, but we cannot make any guarantees!
