Join us for a powerful Realtor-exclusive Continuing Education class designed to equip agents with practical safety awareness, situational strategies, and basic firearm familiarity to help protect themselves while conducting business in the field.

Thank you Avalon Inspections for providing this 3-hour CE course that combines classroom instruction with guided range experience, giving participants both the knowledge and practical exposure needed to increase confidence and preparedness.

Location: AmChar Georgia – McDonough, GA

During this course, participants will gain valuable knowledge focused specifically on the unique safety challenges Realtors face.

Classroom Instruction (First Half):

• Realtor-specific personal safety strategies
• Situational awareness techniques when meeting clients and showing property
• Risk prevention and response strategies
• Understanding personal safety tools and options

Range Experience (Second Half):

• Basic firearm handling and safety
• Fundamental range rules and procedures
• Guided hands-on firearm experience
• Supervised instruction from trained professionals

Agents who own a firearm are encouraged to bring their personal weapon so they can practice with the firearm they carry.

For those who do not own a firearm, all necessary equipment will be provided, including:

• Firearm for training use
• Ammunition
• Range instruction
• Protective eyewear
• Ear protection
• Target materials
• Range time

A light breakfast will also be provided for attendees.
