There is limited parking at the hotel, but just a few steps away there is an honesty box carpark where you can park your car. Car sharing with friends is always a good way to connect.
Join us for a nurturing morning designed to help you unwind, reset, and rediscover balance. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and gentle movement to awaken the body, followed by a soothing flow to release tension and create spaciousness. Restorative yoga and breathwork will guide you into deep relaxation, allowing your nervous system to settle and your mind to clear.
We’ll close with a quiet moment of reflection to integrate your experience and carry its calm into the rest of your day.
Whether you’re craving a reset, seeking clarity, or simply longing for a peaceful pause, this retreat offers a comforting sanctuary to return to yourself.

13.45 - 14.00 - reflections and pack down.
Refresh yourself with an optional sea dip in the ocean, then come join me for some hot drinks in the lounge ready for your journey home.
Please note that drinks and food purchased at the venue are not included as part of the half day yoga retreat.
