Join the Henhouse community for a health-focused morning designed to leave you feeling energised and refreshed! We’ll begin with a 45-minute introductory Reformer Pilates class at the newly opened Core & Co studio in Elkstone, perfect for anyone new to reformer or looking to ease into it!

Afterwards, we’ll head nearby to Knead to enjoy a delicious fresh juice together — the perfect way to refuel and connect with other members of the Henhouse community.
