Join us for Reform the Narrative, Part 2! — a body-inclusive fitness experience where we take over the reformer, claim our space, and move with intention. Whether it’s your first time trying reformer Pilates or your 100th, this event is for every body.
We’re teaming up with FS8 LoHi for a 2-hour experience that blends powerful movement with self-acceptance. No pressure. No comparison. Just strength, sweat, and empowerment through motion.

- 45-Min FS8 Reformer Pilates Class (accessible for all levels)
