Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears. These points, known as reflex areas, are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these reflex points, reflexologists aim to promote overall well-being, relaxation, and balance in the body's energy flow. Reflexology is often used for stress reduction, relaxation, and to support various health conditions.
This class will cover the application of reflexology on the hands/feet and how to incorporate these techniques into your session.
