The winter solstice is the day of the year with the least amount of sunlight. It marks both the ending of a year, and simultaneously ushers in a little more light every day until the summer solstice in June. The winter solstice is a wonderful time to journey inward, planting seeds for future dreams and goals during the quiet months of winter. Through ritual, sharing, and journaling we will reflect on the past year to manifest our desires and expand our horizons as we shine the light that lives within all of us. When we intentionally participate in nature's cycles, we embody her energy of renewal through change.
This workshop will show you how to honor nature's rhythms as a portal to your own expansion.
In this workshop you will:
- Discuss and reflect on seasonal wisdom and supportive nutritional practices
- Mantra
- Meditate (guided by Jen) to activate your intuition and prepare you for the season of winter
- Eat a nourishing winter snack and drink yogi tea
- All participants will receive the recipe to take home This quiet, slow, reflective ritual is to be enjoyed by all levels of practitioners.
