Suitable for all levels this weekly class will focus on the primitive reflexes, how they can effect us day to day. We will learn how therapeutic yoga can help to soothe the nervous system after trauma, illness or for those with neuro divergence.
Using rhythmic movement to soothe, traditional yoga postures to ground and meditation to relax you should leave feeling ready for the challenges life has to throw at you!
Each class begins with time for reflection and journalling.
We then move into Reflex Yoga and finish with either meditation or yoga nidra.
Due to the therapeutic nature of this class there are limited spaces so block booking is advised.
Booking essential either via a mix and match multi class pass (4 classes over 1 month), block booking (6 classes no time frame using the code BLOCK) or a single class pass.
