Enjoy a classic Nordic sauna cycle (and cold plunge for those who wish) and a relaxing session of reflexology on either the face, feet, or both!
Reflexology: There are approximately 7,000 nerve endings in the foot, and each of them is a reflex point that corresponds to a body part. When pressure is applied to these points, it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels and helps restore homeostasis balance in the body. Release muscle tension, increase relaxation, and stimulate your body's natural healing ability.
Thermal Cycling: A thermal cycle, which involves alternating between heat and cold, followed by a period of rest, is helpful for both physical and mental health. It can improve circulation, aid muscle recovery, boost the immune system, and promote relaxation. Additionally, it can reduce stress and improve sleep quality.

Important to note:
We recommend arriving freshly showered and without any lotions or oils, but no worries—a shower is available if you need it. Swimsuits are required, and you're welcome to bring a robe and slippers if you'd like. We'll have towels, water, and tea ready for you!

Private studio at 505 9th St N in Moorhead, MN. The studio is located in the building behind the home. Parking is encouraged in the driveway or available on 5th Ave North. in the studio behind the house.

About the event hostesses:
Sarah Jacobs, known as "The Salty Spiritualist," has been practicing energy healing since 2012. She is a Reiki Master, Master Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy®, licensed reflexologist, certified in Beyond Quantum Healing® regression hypnosis, sound healer, and intuitive mentor. Sarah specializes in assisting clients through life transitions, aiming to provide clarity and ease in their daily lives.
Ashley is the founder of Studio NoMo, a wellness space addressing burnout. With a private sauna and cold plunge, Studio NoMo offers full and half day retreats for workplace wellness, transforming employees from burned out to lit up. A certified yoga instructor (YTT-200) and passionate saunaevangelist, Ashley specializes in embodiment practices to help students and clients relax and build resilience. A storyteller at heart, her highly-narrative style engages both the body and the mind, promoting healing on multiple levels.
