What is the Women's Wellness Series?
Ether Wellness opens its doors every Saturday from 8:30-9:30am for our Women’s Wellness Series: a rotating blend of movement, reflection, education, and restorative practices designed to support your whole self.
Each session offers a chance to reset, reconnect, and nourish your mind, body, and energy in community. Whether you’re seeking strength, grounding, clarity, or calm, these gatherings give you a meaningful space to grow and feel supported.
*Classes can be attended individually, or you can join the full four-week series for a deeper experience*
