Please come join us for a fun workout with a party atmosphere. You'll have so much fun you will forget it's a workout! :) Class will be from 6:00-7:00 in the Capital City Christian Church gym. Please enter the upper parking lot and follow lots down to the lower lot (by Helias football field) to the gym area. Gym is the very first set of doors. Feel free to get there a bit early to get checked in... and stay a bit after to connect with others.
There is no set fee for the class. A Love Offering container will be available at the check in desk if you would like to make a donation.
Everybody and everyBODY welcome! Women, men, gym rats, home bodies... if you have a BODY-- come move your BODY! Fitness for the willing!
Wear some good sneakers. Bring your water bottle, your smile, and a positive attitude!
