They’ve fast made a name for themselves, selling out venues across the UK. Reelin’ in the Dan deliver the sights and sounds of Steely Dan as you’ve never experienced before, with a six-piece band recreating all the essentials from their classic 1972 – 1980 era.
Reelin’ in the Dan are an ensemble celebrating the music of Steely Dan, performing songs from the catalogue between 1972-1980. Born from a shared passion for and upbringing on Walter Becker and Donald Fagan’s songwriting prowess, the young band is dedicated to recreating the Steely Dan sound as faithfully as possible. Following sell-outs since the band’s formation in 2023, the band is here to offer a night of brilliant nostalgia.
In this 80-minute show, expect the big hits we all love like Rikki Don’t Lose That Number, Peg and of course, Reelin’ in the Years, as well as some lesser known ‘deep cut’ tracks, including songs from ‘Can’t Buy a Thrill’, ‘Countdown to Ecstasy’, ‘Pretzel Logic’, ‘Katy Lied’, ‘The Royal Scam’, ‘Aja’ and ‘Gaucho’.
