ReelAbilities Film Festival Columbus is having an afternoon of short film screenings this spring at the Ohio Dance Festival. We are so excited to be showcasing the short films, "Donald", and "Dosh" on April 25th! ReelAbilities is a groundbreaking film festival that promotes awareness and appreciation of lives, stories and artistic expressions of people with different abilities, all through the easily accessible art form of film.

12:45 PM: Introductions from Erin Hoppe
1:00 PM: Short film screening begins, Donald and Dosh
1:30 PM- Moderated discussion by Erin Hoppe.
Film Descriptions:
“Donald” is an inspiring short film that showcases the extraordinary talents of a dancer who, using his wheelchair, moves in innovative and unexpected ways, challenging the boundaries of the art form as he prepares for a live performance.
“Dosh” is a compelling short film that follows a mother and her son during a pre-wedding ritual, where the son’s life is unexpectedly put at risk. Confronted with her own hearing loss, the mother must make a difficult decision on how to seek help in order to protect her family.
Event details: The films will be screened at Sullivant Hall on Ohio State University's campus. Attendees can go to floor three to register for the film event.

Parking: Parking Garage is located next to Sullivant Hall with access from High Street. Parking is available in Ohio Union South Garage located at 1759 N High St. for a fee. There is also street parking on the streets east of N High Street. Please be aware that some spots require payment through the ParkMobile app.
