About this Event
Chocolat
A mysterious woman. A dusty, pious town. And a chocolate shop that opens for business at the start of Lent. It’s less of a business plan and more of a declaration of war.
When Vianne Rocher blows into town with her daughter and a cacao-infused sense of mischief, she takes on the town’s self-appointed moral guardian, one sinful truffle at a time. Starring Juliette Binoche and Judi Dench, this Oscar-nominated film is a delicious reminder that a little temptation might be exactly what a virtuous life needs.
Come for the romance and rebellion. Stay for the chocolate. We promise not to tell the Comte.
